PREPARATION :

The LARA ETHNICS team will do its utmost to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible.

Your parcel will be dispatched on the same day as your order if it is placed before 12.00 (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, it may take up to 72 hours to prepare your order.

DELIVERY :

Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen, the value of the order, the weight of the parcel and the destination.

Delivery times are given for information only.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched and you will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of its progress. 

Metropolitan France :

-Express delivery to a relay point (24H-48H), €3.90. Delivery is free for orders over €65.

-Express home delivery (24H-48H), €3.90. Free delivery on orders over €65.

EU member states:

-Express home delivery (48H-72H), €7.90. Free delivery on orders over €195.

International/DROM :

-Express home delivery (48H-72H), €19.90. Free delivery on orders over €295. 

In the case of delivery outside the EU, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier.

RETURNS :

Metropolitan France:

The LARA ETHNICS team accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of your order from Metropolitan France.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Damaged items or items without a label will not be refunded.

Returns within FRANCE are free of charge. Once your return request has been validated, you will receive a returns slip and a transport label for returning your parcel.

EU member states:

The LARA ETHNICS team accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of your order from member countries of the European Union. 

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Returns will not be accepted after this period.Damaged items or items without a label will not be refunded.

International/DROM :

The LARA ETHNICS team does not accept returns from countries outside the European Union.

Making your return request:

To return an item, you must make a return request:

-Go to your personal space on our e-shop.

-Go to the section: my order history and details.

-Select the order you wish to return.

-Click on details

-Select the products you wish to return and indicate the reasons for the return.

Print the returns form and attach it to your order.

-Specify whether you would like a refund or a credit note for future orders.

Returns to FRANCE are free of charge. Once your returns request has been validated, you will receive a returns form and a transport label for returning your parcel.

REFUND :

Initial postage costs are not refunded.

After receipt of your return and verification by our logistics team of the condition of the item(s) returned, a refund will be made to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
